Learn how to make your own delicious sourdough bread from scratch at our fun and interactive Sourdough Classes!

Sourdough Bread-Making Class with Zuna's Bakery

Join us for a cozy, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the art (and science!) of making sourdough bread from scratch — guided by the talented team at Zuna's Bakery.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned home baker looking to refine your craft, this class will walk you through every step of the sourdough process — from mixing and kneading to shaping and fermentation. You’ll leave with your own bread to bake at home and live sourdough starter that you can keep feeding to practice your baking at home! Plus the confidence to keep creating fresh, beautiful loaves on your own.

🫶 What’s Included:

  • Step-by-step sourdough instruction with Zuna's Bakery
  • Your own dough to take home
  • Traditional Middle Eastern cookies and Moroccan tea during class
  • A relaxed, community-centered space to learn and connect
  • Time for Q&A before the class warm-up

This is more than a class — it’s a moment to slow down, create with your hands, and share stories over good food and warm tea.
